Founder | Plant Medicine University & 4 Keys 4 Success System
Doctor of Transpersonal Psychology (Can.) | Traditional Native Medicine Practitioner | National Merit & Presidential Scholar
Dr. Courtni 'StarHeart' Hale bridges ancient Indigenous wisdom and modern neuroscience to help people restore balance, expand consciousness, and unlock their highest potential.
With over 25 years of experience in ceremony, education, and holistic performance coaching, she teaches individuals and professionals to integrate the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of healing.
Her signature framework—The 4 Keys Success System™ (Vision • Vehicle • Void • Vortex)—offers a clear, repeatable map for transformation.
Each key activates a specific layer of human intelligence, guiding clients to re-establish coherence between brain, heart, and body through a blend of science-based biofeedback, nutritional medicine, and traditional ceremony.
A National Merit Scholar and Presidential Award recipient, Courtni earned dual B.A.s in Latin American Studies and International Relations from American University’s School of International Service.
She later pursued doctoral research in Transpersonal Psychology, focusing on consciousness studies and measurable transformation through biofeedback, meditation, and symbolic systems.
Her master’s thesis, Medicine Walk With Me: Traditional Paths of Ceremony for Modern Practitioners, and her doctoral work, Finding The Force, form the academic foundation of the Four Keys Toolkit™ used today in her retreats and clinical training.
The Four Keys Toolkit™ is a structured curriculum for modern seekers, coaches, and clinicians.
It includes:
These tools help students and professionals bridge traditional ceremony with measurable wellness outcomes—restoring harmony between self, community, and nature.
“Healing is not a single event—it’s a system. When the mind, body, and spirit move in coherence, we find the Force that animates all life.”
Dr. StarHeart’s mission is to make ancient wisdom practical for the modern world.
Through retreats, clinical training, and immersive online learning, Plant Medicine University prepares students to approach sacred medicine with knowledge, safety, and integrity—transforming both the individual and the collective.

Dr. StarHeart trained for seven years under Tata Patricio Dominguez, son of the last medicine man of the Tiwa Pueblo in New Mexico and co-founder of the international Intertribal Council of Elders.
She was certified as a Minister of Traditional Native Medicine (TNM Doctor) by the Church of the Spiritual Path and later founded The Church of the Natural Law, dedicated to preserving ceremonial knowledge and ensuring it is practiced with integrity and respect.
Her lineage carries Pueblo and Meso-American influences, integrating the Medicine Wheel philosophy, harmonic systems, and cosmology of the ancient Southwest.
